Activities are the questions, answers, and feedback that are designed to exercise all the knowledge within a Concept. Concepts own Activities.

Activities can be added from the following places (more details, below): 

  • Concept context panel 
  • Activity grid view 
  • Activity context panel (sibling Activity)

Adding an Activity from the Concept Context Panel

We recommend adding Activities from the Concept context panel while in the map view.

Concept context panel, Activities tab. The Concept is called Flag. Three Activities are listed: Is the United States' flag shown, which country's flag is this, and which flag belongs to the country of the United States. On the right side of each Activity name is a down arrow (to view more details). Below the list is a +Activity button.


To add an Activity, follow these steps:

  1. Create a Concept.
  2. Click +Activity.
  3. Enter the question text.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each Activity.
  5. Click Save.

You will need to edit each Activity to customize its setup and enter the answers and feedback.

Adding an Activity from the Activity Grid View

To add an Activity from the Activity grid view, follow these steps: 

  1. Click +Activity.
  2. Enter the question text. 
  3. Save. 

You will need to edit the Activity to customize its setup and enter the answers and feedback.

Adding an Activity from the Activity Context Panel (Sibling Activity)

We recommend adding Activities from the Activity context panel when you want to quickly add multiple Activities at the same level.  

After adding or editing an Activity, click  to add a new Activity within the same Mastery Profile, Module, Topic, and Concept—a sibling.

Editing an Activity

To edit an Activity, select it from the Concept context panel or Activity grid view. We recommend editing Activities from the Concept context panel while in the map view.

This will open the Activity context panel where you can customize the information that appears in the following tabs:

Attributes

Set the Activity's attributes.

Content

Enter the question, answer options, and feedback. 

Preview

Click the Preview button to preview the activity.
