The Knowledge Gap analytics panel is found on the Analytics Dashboard. It can be accessed by clicking Analytics icon. in the menu.

This panel shows where your learners' knowledge gaps are. A knowledge gap represents the percentage of Activities that were not completed proficiently.

Note: Only data related to learners that you have permission to see will be displayed.

Knowledge Gap (Last 30 Days)

Knowledge Gap by Module

This metric focuses on Level 0 to highlight the knowledge gaps for novice learners.

Knowledge Gap by Mastery Level

The knowledge gap across all learners, based on their Concept mastery level at the time they attempted the Activity.

This is calculated for each mastery level by dividing the number of Activities completed without proficiency (by learners at that mastery level) by the total number of completed Activities (by learners at that mastery level).
