To access the Analytics Dashboard, click Analytics icon.  in the menu.

From this dashboard, you will be able to track your learners' progress and engagement, identify areas of strength and weakness, and report on your overall training program.

The Analytics Dashboard features the following panels: 

  • Overview
  • Learner Engagement
  • Assignment Engagement
  • Knowledge Gaps & Lifts
  • Knowledge Cards

Note: The analytics displayed are based on the learners you have permission to see.

For example, the total number of learners in the account will be based on the total number of learners you have permission to see.  


Use the Refresh button at the top of the dashboard to update your metrics.

Hover for More Details

Hover over a specific data point in a chart to view more details.

Show/Hide Data 

Click within the legend below a chart to show and hide different values.

Export Data

Some charts allow you to drill in to specific levels. After drilling in, click the breadcrumbs to navigate back to a previous level.
