Learner Experience: Feedback
Using our feedback feature, learners can provide suggestions, ask questions, and report errors.
When feedback is enabled in your account, learners can click to provide feedback. This can be done from several locations, allowing learners to provide feedback on a specific Knowledge Card or Activity.
Specifically, learners can provide feedback:
- When viewing a specific content level
- When reading Knowledge Cards in a Learning Session or Learning Moment
- After completing an Activity in a Learning Session, Learning Moment, Training Session, or Training Moment
To submit more general feedback, learners can select Submit Feedback in the User Profile menu.
Feedback Email
Feedback will be emailed to the users specified to receive feedback in your account settings or for a specific Module.
This email will automatically include relevant browser details and information about where the feedback was submitted (ex: on a specific Activity) to make the process as quick and easy as possible for both learners and admins.
To reply to a learner's feedback, click reply in your email application. As long as the learner who submitted the feedback has an email associated with them, they will receive your response. If the learner has multiple emails associated with them, the system will send your response to the first one.
