Learners logged in to OttoLearn can reset their password by clicking Change Password in their Account Settings

Learner app user settings. The settings icon appears in the top-right corner. When clicked, a dropdown opens containing the learner's display name and the following settings: Bigger font, smaller font, enable high contrast theme, change password, help, turn off new design, and logout.

Forgot Password

If a learner has forgotten their password, they can click Reset Password on the login page.

Possible Scenarios

If the learner resetting their password enters an email address that exists in the account, an email will be sent to that address with instructions for resetting the password. 

If the learner enters a username that exists in the account, they will be prompted to enter an email address. If the username and email address are associated with the same user, an email will be sent to that address with instructions for resetting the password. 

If the learner enters a username or email address that doesn't exist in the account, they will get an error message.
